There are two main types of automatic mouth filling and sealing machines:
Automatic mouth filling and sealing machines are divided into two categories: one is a model that locates the mouth and realizes multi-station transmission, loads the bag onto the mouth and welds it. It is mainly used for long-nozzle suction nozzle type and vertical installation welding nozzle type; the other type is the type that locates the bag and realizes multi-station transmission, inserts the nozzle into the bag and welds it. Mainly used for short nozzle type and oblique nozzle type.

The automatic mouth filling and sealing machine consists of 5 parts:
(1) Automatic nozzle feeding system for vibration plate: This system can automatically arrange the plastic hard nozzles and transmit them to the upper nozzle device in a specific way. For the nozzle type, the nozzle preheating function must be added to the system to enhance the heat sealing strength.
(2) The automatic mouth filling and sealing machine with the mouth positioning system uses the cylinder to push the mouth into the bayonet of the conveying device; the automatic mouth filling and sealing machine with the bag positioning is to insert the mouth into the bag with a manipulator.
(3) Conveying system: It is used to convey the nozzle or bag and the installed belt nozzle according to the station length, so as to realize the functions of cutting corners, filling nozzles, spot welding, heat sealing, cold setting, and testing. The conveyor system is driven by servo motors.
(4) The bag loading system is generally composed of a bag bin, a bag taking device and a bag feeding device, which are used to take out the plastic bags from the bag bin and transfer them to the main transmission line.
(5) Heat sealing system: The system consists of multiple sets of heat sealing cylinders, which complete the functions of spot welding, multiple heat sealing and cold setting.

Precautions for using automatic mouth filling and sealing machine:
The automatic nozzle filling and sealing machine uses the vibrating plate to automatically queue the plastic nozzles into the welding line, and has high requirements on the consistency of the shape of the plastic nozzles. Otherwise, the nozzle will be stuck and the equipment will be shut down. Differences in plastic mouth fittings can also result in insufficient seal strength, leading to leakage. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a plastic nozzle with better quality, and its shape and position should be controlled within 0.1mm.
The degree of fit between the heat sealing mold and the heat sealing part of the plastic nozzle determines the degree of welding of the hard nozzle. When a certain hard nozzle is selected, the heat sealing mold should be removed, and the heat sealing part of the hard nozzle should be clamped by the mold for light transmission. Check, and carefully grind the heat seal mold, so that the heat seal parts are completely matched.
When producing oblique mouth-mounted spout packaging bags, in addition to paying attention to the above process requirements, the distance between the hard mouth and the top edge of the bag must be kept at least 10mm when designing the bag shape, so as to facilitate filling from the top to the top. Heat sealing at the edge to avoid damage to the plastic nozzle when heat sealing the top edge. In addition, reducing the angle between the incision and the side edge of the bag can make the installation position of the hard spout move down, which is beneficial for processing the distance between the hard spout and the top edge of the bag.
