(2) During working hours, the seamer is not allowed to leave his post or watch the machine temporarily, but should pay close attention to the machine operation, lubrication, empty space, empty can structure, sealing structure, iron scale identification of can body and can lid. And whether the typing code is consistent with the canned product.

(3) If an abnormal situation occurs during the operation of the machine, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing to produce.

(4) After sealing, the can inspection staff should check whether the sealing surface is good and whether the net weight meets the requirements one by one. At the same time, if unqualified cans are detected, the seamer must be notified at any time.

(5) During the production process, under precise conditions, the seal surface inspection should be done at least once every half an hour, and the seal/three rate 0 should be randomly inspected and dissected every 2 hours, and records should be made. Under abnormal circumstances, the number of self-inspections should be increased, and if a sealing defect is found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, adjustment or replacement of parts, until the product is qualified.

(6) During the production process, the seaming machine should be kept clean and hygienic.
